Besides developing the series Optical Phenomena as Architectonic Elements is the dissemination of The Sybren Valkema Archive a priority. Partners for the in-depth description include The VRIJ GLAS Foundation, Utrecht University, University of Amsterdam, RKD-Netherlands Institute for Art History. Funds for the digitisation and preservation of the archive: Kulturbryggan (start-up funds), The Corning Museum of Glass New York, Metamorfoze-Netherlands Fund for the preservation of Paper Heritage, and VRIJ GLAS.
